This is a contract position until 31st July 2026. The is a part time contract four days per week ( flexible with days) and hours are 9am to 4.30pm. The role is based in Albury/Wodonga with some travel in the local area required.
Position Outcomes
Find and sign up people who are eligible to join the program.
Make sure participants understand they’re expected to achieve a positive outcome. (Completion of Certificate III before 31st July 2026)
Deliver all parts of the program, including job readiness training, work experience, and formal qualifications if needed.
Help participants find jobs by connecting them with employers and supporting their job search.
Keep regular, accurate reports that meet the program’s requirements.
Work closely with participants, other support services, and advocates to stay informed about their needs and support networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local services and employers to help meet program goals.
Key attributes
Experience in Employment services or similar field
Experience in a mentoring or training role in small groups with varying capabilities
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent communications skills - Written and Verbal
Qualifications in Employment services, community services or similar is an advantage
Current TAE qualification is desirable
