Service Delivery Team Leader - Cairns

Your Role

With no two days the same, this is a highly administrative role that will see you undertake a variety of duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

• Coaching and mentoring your team to reach their potential

• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes

• Handling service issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism

• Coordinating WHS requirements and promoting safe work practices

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Creating a service environment where the client is at the centre of everything we do

With a structured onboarding program, you’ll be supported by an empowering leadership team who will guide you to lead with autonomy and trust.

About You:

• Certificate IV in Community Care or a related field, or demonstrated industry experience

• Experience in leading and supervising a team (not essential)

• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills

• A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities

• A love for supporting others and building a great team culture

• Valid driver’s licence, police check, and Working with Children clearance
