We are currently looking for a proactive and self-driven Service Coordinator to become a key part of our team. About the Role:

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the National Office Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a key role in the daily planning, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and technicians. Your responsibilities will include:

**Efficient Job Allocation:**Dispatch and allocate jobs to technicians and subcontractors to ensure maximum productivity and timely completion of tasks.

**Client Engagement:**Maintain strong communication with customers, build lasting relationships, and ensure a high level of customer service.

**Portal Management:**Manage and update client portals, ensuring accurate invoicing, quotes, and work orders that align with client KPIs.

**Administrative Support:**Provide essential administrative support to the business, including generating invoices, quotes, and reconciling service reports.

**Managing Inbound Calls:**Handle calls from clients and technicians, resolving issues promptly and ensuring smooth operations.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:

At least 1 year of proven Service Coordination experience.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem solve and build meaningful relationships.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Experience in HVAC, Fire, or the service industry is highly regarded.

Familiarity with systems like SimPRO or Uptick is a plus, but not essential.
