Link Community Services Pty Ltd. is a Toowoomba, Brisbane and Gold Coast based, family owned & operated Disability Support Service, which delivers services to people with a disability.

We deliver quality learning and life skills as part of our service to assist the growth of people with disabilities. We provide outstanding service in Community Access, Supported Independent Living, Short Term Accommodation, Capacity Building and In Home Support. Duties and Responsibilities

Works within NDIS Code of Conduct.

Builds safe and influential relationships with staff and participants.

Works toward achieving goals and growth for individuals.

Works within Organisational Policies and Procedures.

Responds to Health and Well-being needs of Participants, including compliance with Medication Management.

· Chairs team meetings, offers coach sessions and other training and development activities for staff as required.

Contributes to a safe and transparent working environment.

Report Writing, Evaluations, Assessments and Investigations.

Rostering of staff.

Timesheet approvals.

Ensure program systems such as menu planning are completed.

Accurate record keeping.

Liaises with stakeholders.

Maintains professional boundaries at all times.

Maintains and manages program resources such as grocery and personal spend monies.

Treats all organisation equipment and machinery, such as cars with respect.

Responds to emergent risks and safety concerns as required.

Attends to on call requirements as needed.

Recruitment and HR functions as required.

All other reasonable requests from the Programs Manager.
