The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. You will deliver supervised physiotherapy treatments safely and effectively, supporting clients to reach their physical goals. This role offers an active caseload of 30–45 clients, with approximately 6 billable hours per day, and the opportunity to contribute to project management and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely initial assessments (within 1 week of referral) and start treatment within 2 weeks.
Develop and implement outcome-focused rehabilitation plans tailored to individual goals.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, rehabilitation providers, treating doctors, insurers, and case managers to align therapy with client goals such as return-to-work or functional recovery.
Proactively identify barriers to recovery and negotiate necessary treatment plan upgrades.
Maintain clear and professional documentation of client progress, billing accurately within 24 hours of service.
Manage stakeholder relationships to support and grow referral opportunities.
Respond to enquiries promptly and communicate client progress regularly to all relevant parties.
Comply with WHS standards, maintain confidentiality, and uphold Healthivia’s professionalism and uniform standards.
Performance Targets & KPIs
Maintain a caseload of 30-45 active clients with at least 6 billable hours daily.
Maintain our high standard of care by ensuring at least 90% of clients achieve meaningful improvement within 12 weeks, while delivering interventions that are efficient, evidence-based and cost effective.
Generate repeat referrals and develop new business opportunities.
Ensure all reporting and billing is completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
Skills & Experience
Registered Physiotherapist with relevant qualifications and registration.
Proven experience managing rehabilitation cases, preferably within workers compensation, LTC, CTP, NDIS, or similar schemes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, organise your own schedule, and manage multiple priorities.
Professional approach to documentation, reporting, and business compliance.
