The Role:
Due to our exciting growth, we are looking for an Occupational Therapy Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision for clinicians new to or early in their Allied Health community practice.
As a clinical supervisor, you have a crucial role in supporting quality and continuous care and building the confidence and skills of new graduates, early career and new-to-community clinicians
Responsibilities:
Support Occupational Therapy students on clinical placement with Ignite Healthcare
Provide clinical supervision to New Graduate Clinicians and/or Early Career Clinicians and/or Clinicians New to Community Practice from the Occupational Therapy discipline
Achieve individual key performance indicators
Requirements:
Tertiary education in Occupational Therapy
Registered with AHPRA
Clinical experience of working in the disability sector (NDIS, My Aged Care – Home Care Package)
Worked preferably in an interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary allied health environment
Excellent written, verbal, and computer literacy skills
Current driver's license.
