Working on the Hearth Home Solution as a senior Occupational Therapist includes overseeing assessment of the best options and solutions for clients who are preparing to set up their new home.
You will be guided by one of Australia’s leading Occupational Therapists with expertise on NDIS home and living solutions.
This role offers the unique opportunity to work on long term plans with clients. This senior role includes guiding clinicians to build relationships with clients and make recommendations, enabling the delivery of future focussed home and living goals.
Hearth Support Services commenced in 2017 with a desire to deliver responsive, quality, hassle free disability support to clients and has now expanded to add Hearth Allied Health to promote independence and assist clients to lead fulfilling lives at home and within their community.

Requirements
Experienced Occupational Therapist with a positive, contemporary attitude to people with disability
Client driven evidence-based therapy services
Clinically accomplished and confident with leadership capabilities
Good working knowledge of the NDIS
Experience in AT, home mods, SIL & SDA assessments is desirable
Experience working in the disability sector
Committed to interdisciplinary practice with excellent communication skills
Skilled in the provision of Supervision and Education
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or recognised equivalent degree
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
Employee WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current driving licence & a registered vehicle
