Full Potential Paediatrics delivers evidence-based, individualised programs designed to meet the unique needs of children. We are seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist Team Leader to join our team across our clinics in Ashfield and Rooty Hill.
We offer flexibility with starting dates and can provide full-time or part-time options.

Role Overview:
As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist Team you will:
Manage a Tailored Caseload: Maintain a reduced caseload focused on your preferred paediatric specialty areas
Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team: Work alongside a diverse team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists & podiatry, to deliver comprehensive client care
Serve Diverse Paediatric Clients: Provide services to NDIS and private clients, with a focus on fine and gross motor skills, social skills, sensory processing, and sensory integration
Enjoy a Flexible Work Model: Enjoy both clinic-based work and the option for school/pool/home visits
What You Will Need:
To be passionate about helping kids reach their full potential
Be fun, creative and innovative as you help your clients achieve their goals
Be able to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team in person and over the phone
To hold a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and have current AHPRA registration
Have at least three years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist in paediatrics
Be motivated to manage others as the Occupational Therapy team grows
Have unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Have a WWCC or be able to obtain one
