Key Responsibilities of this position include:
Scheduling and rostering Support Workers ensuring consistent and quality service provision to customers
Arranging client services in accordance to care plans and across multiple programs, IHP, VHC, DVA, CHSP, TCP and Home Care Packages
Providing clear communication to support staff providing customer services
Upholding meaningful, professional relationships with consumers, carers, families and external stakeholders
Liaising with relevant health care professionals and other services to support co-ordination of care for the consumer
Maintaining the integrity of data within management systems to ensure accurate rostering
To be successful in the role, you will be a well-presented, highly empathetic and compassionate person who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
In addition, you will possess:
2 years previous scheduling experience in a community health setting
Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills to develop effective working relationships, promote services and resolve client issues
Demonstrated administration skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment
High level computer literacy (MS Office applications and CMS; preferably Alayacare)
Exceptional time management and organisational skills for prioritising your own workload and meeting conflicting deadlines in a busy and demanding environment
Exceptional customer service skills and a confident and professional phone manner
Ability to work autonomously and also within a collaborative scheduling team
Excellent computer literacy with an ability to learn and embrace new technology solutions
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
