Key Responsibilities of this position include:

• Scheduling and rostering Support Workers ensuring consistent and quality service provision to customers

  • Arranging client services in accordance to care plans and across multiple programs, IHP, VHC, DVA, CHSP, TCP and Home Care Packages

  • Providing clear communication to support staff providing customer services

  • Upholding meaningful, professional relationships with consumers, carers, families and external stakeholders

  • Liaising with relevant health care professionals and other services to support co-ordination of care for the consumer

  • Maintaining the integrity of data within management systems to ensure accurate rostering

In addition, you will possess:

• 2 years previous scheduling experience in a community health setting

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills to develop effective working relationships, promote services and resolve client issues

  • Demonstrated administration skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment

  • High level computer literacy (MS Office applications and CMS; preferably Alayacare)

  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills for prioritising your own workload and meeting conflicting deadlines in a busy and demanding environment

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a confident and professional phone manner

  • Ability to work autonomously and also within a collaborative scheduling team

  • Excellent computer literacy with an ability to learn and embrace new technology solutions

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
