About the Role:
Happy Days Support Service is a boutique, person-centred NDIS provider dedicated to empowering participants through personalised support, specialised housing, and community connection. We are seeking a highly organised, proactiveRoster & Finance Officerto play a vital role in managing our people and financial operations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of an organisation committed to making a positive impact in participants’ lives.
This would be a part-time role and the opportunity to become full-time if desired.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff inductions to build a strong, capable workforce.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with qualifications, clearances, and training.
Oversee staff rostering and leave management aligned with service delivery needs.
Coordinate payroll processing and manage employee entitlements efficiently.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, assist with NDIS invoicing and participant funding reconciliation.
Support budgeting, financial reporting, and audits to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Ensure compliance with employment law, NDIS regulations, and internal policies.
Liaise confidently with external service providers and contractors.
Skills & Experience

Experience in HR and finance roles, ideally within the NDIS or disability sector.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the SCHADS Award and its application
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
A passion for working in a values-driven organisation focused on participant outcomes.
Desirable:

Prior experience in the NDIS sector or disability support industry
Understanding of NDIS pricing arrangements and service bookings
Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
