About The Role We’re seeking an experienced**Registered Nurse (RN3)**to lead the development and implementation of our in-home aged care services. This is more than a traditional nursing role, and you’ll be responsible for:
Spearheading the launch and expansion of our aged care services in alignment the highest quality standards in the industry, identifying risks, auditing processes, and suggesting service improvements
Providing clinical care, advice, and support to clients, families, and our care team
Complete assessments and create individualised care plans
Oversee medication management, infection control, and clinical risk
Support and guide care workers, enrolled nurses, and coordinators
Monitor quality and compliance with Aged Care and Disability Standards, including HCP, CHSP, and NDIS frameworks
Contribute to staff education and clinical training
You’ll be a key part of ateam-focused, person-centred culture, bringing both leadership and hands-on clinical expertise.
We are looking a candidate interested in part-time of employment with the vision to expand into a full time role once our aged care services are launched. However, we may take into consideration your skills, experience, preference, and our operational requirements at the time of hire to determine the right employment type for you.

About You
-
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Experience in home care, aged care, or disability serviceshighly desirable
Strong knowledge of clinical governance, care planning, and compliance requirements
Ability to mentor, guide, and support staff
Passion for delivering person-centred care and improving client outcomes
Desire to help grow Elsy’s aged care branch and contribute to innovative service delivery
Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent written and oral communication
Current First Aid & CPR certificates
NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable

Experience in clinical education, mentoring, or supervision
Experience with Home Care Packages (HCP), CHSP, or NDIS frameworks
Demonstrated quality improvement or auditing experience
