About the Role

As a CommunityRegistered Nurse, you’ll deliver clinical leadership, being responsible for:

Ensuring staff are skilled, supported, and compliant with clinical standards

Providing training and competency assessment for internal staff

Act as a clinical assessor for complex clinical care skills

Provide clinical supervision and leadership to RNs, ENs, and Support Workers

As part of this role, there may be occasions where you will provide hands-on clinical support. This ensures you remain closely connected with our clients, delivering high-quality, one-on-one care.

We are seeking candidates with experience in the following areas (however, training and upskilling will be provided for the right candidate):

Neurological conditions and seizure management

Developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder

Complex disability and mobility needs

Tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, and respiratory support

Chronic illness and palliative care

Be eligible to work in Australia

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Working with Children's Check (hold or willing to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening (hold or willing to obtain)

Have a National "C" Class Drivers Licence
