Daily Tasks:

Administer or assist participants with medications in accordance with their medication chart and care plan.

Support participants to develop and maintain independence and safety in personal care, and health & hygiene such as eating, dressing, toileting, and showering

Support an assigned team of support workers in delivering support in a group home setting.

Implement personal support plans for participants who demonstrate challenging behaviors and/or with high physical support needs

All tasks to be completed either in the participants' residence or within our group homes.

Qualifications and Experience:

AHPRA Registration

Previous NDIS Experience Required

Manual Handling training and certificate.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Hours of Work:

Hours are flexible.
