About Us

Fanola Group Pty Ltd is a well-established community services company based in Darwin, providing person-centred support to participants under theNational Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

We are expanding our team and are seeking an experiencedRegistered Nurse (RN)to deliver high-quality assessments and clinical care to NDIS participants acrossBrisbane, Darwin, and remote Northern Territory communities.

About the Role

As an RN with our team, you will work with clients of all ages with disabilities, supporting them to enhance theirindependence, safety, and daily functioning. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct health assessments relevant to NDIS participants, including:

Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)

Cognitive assessmentsusing standardised tools

Sensory assessmentsto guide behavioural and environmental supports

Develop comprehensive reports andgoal-oriented care plans

Recommend assistive technology, home modifications, or skill-building programs

Work collaboratively with support coordinators, families, and other professionals

Provide services in the community, in clients’ homes, or via telehealth

Support clients in line withNDIS Practice Standardsand person-centred care principles

What We’re Looking For:

Tertiary qualification inNursingand fullAHPRA registration

Minimum2 years post-graduate experience, ideally with NDIS participants

Strong clinical skills in functional, cognitive, and sensory assessment and reporting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Cultural competency and willingness to work with diverse communities, including Aboriginal clients

Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally and remotely

Eligibility forBlue CardandOchre Card(Working with Children Checks)

CurrentNational Police Check(or willingness to obtain)

Eligible forNDIS Worker Screening Check
