Regional Operations Manager NSW
Are you a driven leader with a strong background in Residential Aged Care management? We’re seeking a Regional Operations Manager with the tenacity and proven experience to lead high-quality care and operational excellence across our aged care facilities.
In this role, you will oversee the delivery of outstanding clinical and customer services, drive business development, and manage financial and workforce performance. You’ll champion a culture of resident-centred care, ensuring clinical excellence and customer service are embedded in daily practice, and that all care complies with professional, organisational, legal, and ethical standards.
This role is an integral part of the Operational Leadership team.

About You
You are an experienced leader in Residential aged care with a strong track record of operational and clinical management. You bring a proactive, solution-focused approach and have the drive and tenacity to lead teams through change and improvement.
You have a deep understanding of the aged care sector, including compliance, funding models (AN-ACC) and resident-centred care principles. You are committed to fostering a culture of clinical excellence and customer service, and you’re confident in guiding teams to deliver care that meets professional, organisational, legal, and ethical standards.
You’re skilled in people and financial management, with the ability to support Residence Managers in achieving performance targets, including timely and accurate admissions and funding submissions. You understand the importance of workforce planning and ensuring payroll is accurate and timely, with clear oversight of overtime and agency usage in line with policy.
You are comfortable working at a strategic level, contributing to business and budget planning, and are accountable for monitoring financial performance across multiple Homes. Your leadership style is collaborative, transparent, focused on results, staff wellbeing and passionate about achieving positive outcomes for all residents and their representatives.

What you bring to the role:
· Extensive experience in Residential Aged Care
· Current AHPRA registration
· Demonstrated relevant management experience, including sound financial, human resource and strategic management skills.
· Sound clinical skills and knowledge of contemporary residential aged care practices including the use of aged care software systems.
· Proven ability to effectively initiate, lead and manage change in a team environment to achieve organisational objectives and translate organisational values into workplace culture.
· Current NDIS Workers Screening Check and
· Current Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle with the ability to regularly travel across NSW
Desirable:
· Post Graduate qualifications in management. Knowledge of the Commonwealth’s Aged Care Royal Commission and the effects this will have on future residential aged care models.
