Our team works hard every day to support individuals in achieving their employment and education goals, through our two RTOs and programs such as Workforce Australia, Transition to Work, Employability Skills Training, Self-Employment Assistance and Parent Pathways program.

We are a leading employment services and training provider across WA, empowering individuals and strengthening the workforce. We are on the hunt for an exceptional Regional Manager to lead our operations in the incredible Kalgoorlie and Esperance regions.

You will be the driving force behind achieving ambitious KPIs and budgets, all while ensuring rock-solid contractual compliance and delivering top-tier quality practices. Most importantly, you'll inspire, mentor, and develop your teams to reach new heights of performance and success.

What You’ll Be Doing:
· Leading with Impact: Provide powerful leadership and guidance to our dedicated employment services teams, cultivating a high-performance culture where everyone excels and adheres to contractual obligations.
· Developing Talent: Champion staff development, ensuring every team member receives the training and ongoing support needed to crush KPIs and maintain contractual compliance.
· Driving Performance: Conduct regular, constructive performance reviews, meticulously measuring progress against monthly KPIs and empowering your team to achieve greatness.
· Supporting Growth: Proactively manage underperforming team members, collaboratively developing and overseeing Performance Improvement Plans to help them reach their full potential.
· Ensuring Excellence: Conduct thorough file audits to guarantee our compliance framework is always being met.
· Fostering Knowledge: Host regular staff meetings focused on professional development and a deep understanding of our Service Delivery model.
· Innovating Operations: Collaborate with Quality and Development Officers to refine and implement cutting-edge operational materials for our Employment Services Programs.
· Orchestrating Success: Coordinate daily activities with a sharp focus on time management and performance, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.

Your Strengths:
· Management Maestro: Extensive management experience with a demonstrated ability to hit and exceed individual and organisational KPIs.
· Local Market Savvy: Deep knowledge of the local labour market, ensuring our activities are perfectly aligned with regional employment needs.
· Team Catalyst: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, providing clear feedback, setting ambitious goals, and effectively managing performance.
· Compliance Guru: Strong understanding of Government Employment Services programs and their intricate contractual requirements.
· Communication Champion: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to influence, motivate, and forge strong relationships with all stakeholders.
· Tech-Savvy & Organised: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with sound IT and administration skills.
· Adaptable & Mobile: Flexible and ready to travel between Kalgoorlie and Esperance as required.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a similar leadership roles
· Familiarity with electronic Document Management systems.
· A satisfactory National Police Check and a current Working with Children Check or willing to undertake.
· A current Australian driver’s licence.
· Australian working rights
