Make a difference with Casa Services as our Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Casa Services Quality, Risk, and Compliance. As a strategic role, you would oversee compliance, risk management and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Senior Management Team to ensure excellence, accreditation and accountability across all aspects of service delivery.

Over nearly five decades, we have grown into a leading NDIS provider, delivering culturally responsive, person-centered supports across home, community, and centre-based settings.
Key Responsibilities include:
Oversee systems which ensure the organisation is in compliance with all risk, protection, NDIS certification, and regulatory needs.
Prepare for and conduct successful internal and external audits with on-time, accurate submissions and regulatory compliance.
Identify, monitor, and control organisational risks in a formalised manner utilising plans, committees, and staff efforts.
Establish and maintain systems consistent with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, for example, audits, continuous improvement, and corrective action.
Review, develop, and manage organisational policies in a way that ensures alignment with legislation, standards, and best practice.
Manage complaint handling and incident reporting procedures in a transparent and respectful manner with a focus on service improvement.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and enhance WHS systems, policies, and organisational practices.
Store complete records for compliance and auditing purposes, with accuracy, ease of access, and accountability throughout the organisation.
Create reports and presentations for reporting to the Executive Team, stakeholders, and regulators on trends, risks, and compliance outcomes.
Provide effective leadership to embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, safe high-quality service provision within the organisation at all times.
About You
Relevant tertiary qualification in health, human services, quality, governance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience supporting people with complex needs within disability, health, or community services.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, risk and compliance frameworks, and NDIS Quality & Safeguards requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement, audits, and compliance initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to engage confidently with staff, clients, families, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Skilled in delivering training, writing clear policies, and presenting reports.
Proven leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

Base Salary Range from $110,000 - $124,000, plus salary sacrifice and superannuation
5 Weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading
