Quality Improvement Officer
• Permanent Part-time opportunity – 45.6 hours/fortnight (0.6 FTE)
• Based in Kensington with free onsite parking

Ngala are seeking a Quality Improvement Officer to drive meaningful, lasting improvements. Working with our teams, you’ll support projects, committees, and initiatives that embed high standards, strengthen service delivery, and deliver better outcomes for children and families.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support key projects that enhance quality improvement
• Help embed frameworks, policies, and service models
• Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement
• Provide support for committees and working groups
• Report on evidence-based outcomes
ABOUT YOU
• Knowledge of quality frameworks & policy
• Strong communication & reporting abilities
• Understanding of outcomes measurement and evaluation frameworks
• A passion for making real impact
To ensure full-week coverage for the team, we need someone who can be flexible across the working week and bring the necessary skills and knowledge to enable effective delegation and maintain consistent support for the team.
The successful candidate will need to hold a current WA driver's licence and satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months.
As part of our commitment to being a Child Safe organisation, successful candidates are required to provide their Immunisation History Statement. While immunisations are highly encouraged, they are not mandatory. This information will help us assess and implement appropriate safety measures for everyone.
