Job Description
County to Coast Home Care Services (CTC) Home Care is seeking an experienced Quality specialist to join our team on a short-term contract (2 Months) with potential for ongoing employment negotiable. This role is critical in ensuring compliance and continuous improvement within the Home Care Package Program, funded by the Australian Commonwealth Government.
The successful candidate will lead and support quality initiatives, with a strong focus on preparing for and contributing to external audits. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care delivery, governance, and compliance in line with legislative and program requirements.
Essential Criteria
• Proven track record of successful audits within the Commonwealth-funded Home Care Package Program.
• Demonstrated ability to apply compliance frameworks relevant to home care.
• Strong understanding of, and ability to complete, the Draft Audit Evidence Collection Tools for the Support at Home Program.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to use AI.
• Ability to work independently & proactively seeing a project through to completion within timeframes.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute directly to compliance readiness and service quality in aged care.
Desirable Skills & Experience
• Understanding of policy and procedures relevant to Home Care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in health, aged care, or quality management.
