Tailoring Therapyis a boutique psychology practice focused on creating personalised therapy experiences. We believe that therapy should feel comfortable and can be moulded to fit where you are mentally and physically. Our practice specialises in supporting individuals and couples with challenges related to anxiety, self-esteem, depression, personality disorders, relationship issues, gender, sexuality, and sexual functioning.
We are a collective of psychologists who aim to make a difference by improving the mental health of the people we serve. We have a strong positive culture of support in the team and strong referral sources. We offer peer supervision, weekly fruit box and flexible hours (early mornings, late evenings, Saturdays)
We are currently seeking an**experienced Psychologist (Independent Consultant)**to join our practice. This role is ideal for a resilient, motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high quality client care and is looking for flexibility and autonomy in their work.

About The Role
As an independent consultant, you’ll be working closely with clients across a wide variety of presentations. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your own caseload, with support from a highly collaborative team.
Independent consultant basis
Preference for 2 days per week, or 2–3 half days
Start date flexible, whenever you’re ready
Experience dealing with a wide range of clients and variety of presentations
About You
-
AHPRA registered Psychologist
Minimum 3 years’ experience in psychology, counselling, or related roles (not suitable for new graduates)
Training in EMDR and/or Relationship Therapy is highly regarded (preferred, but not essential)
Resilient, motivated, and eager to support clients
Confident in managing a variety of presentations
Keen to contribute to a supportive and professional practice
Police Check / WWCC required
