Job Description
Are you the Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist we're looking for?
Join our friendly and supportive team in Subiaco. We work with a range of clients and clinical presentations, with particular emphasis on anxiety, performance, work-related issues, student-related issues, trauma/PTSD, and support for ADHD and Autism. We are also sought out for assistance with phobias, performance anxiety (incl. exams), and burnout.
We believe that clinicians thrive when they work with their ideal clients, and want to support you in building up your preferred caseload. This role is well-suited for someone who:
Enjoys focusing on clinical work, building a strong therapeutic relationship, and providing evidence-based assessment and treatment to our clients. Let admin support you in the coordination of your diary and in the administrative aspects of the role.
Wants to develop their niche in a supportive environment with assistance with marketing for their profile, and to cultivate their ideal clients.
Has good time management and communication skills.
We are offering flexible contractor roles (availability across Mon-Fri, for full-day or half-day schedules).
We're after someone with:

A warm and non-judgemental manner with the ability to build a strong therapeutic relationship, backed by strong clinical and counselling skills.
Demonstrated ability in assessment, and evidence-based treatment, supporting clients to incorporate skills taught in therapy into a more sustainable way of life.
The ability to work across a minimum of two sessions, with availability for some after hours sessions.
Full registration with AHPRA as a psychologist (essential), police clearance (essential) and Working With Children Clearance check (if applicable).
A Medicare Provider Number (or meet eligibility for one).
Professional indemnity insurance/liability insurance.
Australian Business Number (ABN).
Due to demand from our referrals, we encourage applications from those with demonstrated experience working with one or more of the following: (i) Adolescents + children; (ii) Trauma/PTSD; (iii) ADHD and/or Autism; (iv) Burnout and work-related issues.
