About the role
selectability is seeking a Program Coordinator who will be responsible for developing, leading and coordinating multiple programs. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the success of the program.
The Program Coordinator’s key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
establishing community and corporate support
reporting on contract deliverable and KPI's
building a team of Peer Support Workers
mentoring and coaching staff in best practice of service delivery
ensure compliance with relevant industry standards
work with recipient to get the best out of their services with selectability
About you
To be successful you must:
have experience in the mental health and/or suicide prevention sector
the ability to lead teams and provide mentoring, coaching and development
a love of new knowledge and learning, with the ability to learn fast
excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff
the ability to manage a high workload, organise and obtain compliance with a variety of tasks despite conflicting priorities, with minimal supervision
exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
Role requirements
must have a minimum of Cert IV qualification relevant in mental health or equivalent
a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers’ licence
a currently registered, roadworthy, and fully comprehensive vehicle
a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'
