💼 What You’ll Be Doing

No two days will be the same. You’ll:

Coordinate and grow employment and life-skills programs that empower people

Create community partnerships that open doors across Geraldton

Be the go-to link between customers, schools, employers, coaches and providers

Lead person-centred planning (goal-setting, documents, reviews)

Spot opportunities to expand programs and grow our regional impact

Has experience in disability, employment, or youth/community development

Understands NDIS or is ready to dive in and learn

✅ What You Need

Must have:

WA Driver’s Licence

Ability to get NDIS Worker Screening & Police Clearance

Highly regarded:

Experience coordinating community/disability programs

Knowledge of NDIS or SCHADS Award
