Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Consultant based in Sydney, NSW with some work-from-home flexibility. The Product Consultant will be responsible for understanding the needs of people living with disabilities and recommending suitable rehabilitation, mobility, and adaptive equipment. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with end users, carers and healthcare professionals, demonstrating & quoting equipment, providing customer service and follow up. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with therapists and healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for end-users.

Qualifications

Valid driving licence

Current Working with Children's Check & Police Check

NDIS Workers Certification

High level of professionalism at all times

Strong problem solving skills and the ability to trouble shoot technical issues

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals, caregivers, clients and all departments of the Dejay Team.

Customer Service skills to offer supportive and responsive assistance

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience in the healthcare or assistive technology industry and the NDIS is a plus
