We’re currently taking expressions of interest forBehaviour Support Practitionersof all experience levels—Core, Proficient or Advance to join our growing team in**Victoria - Blackburn, Wantirna, Bayside, Cheltenham or Keysborough,**where our multidisciplinary teams bring heart and passion to meaningful change.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a team that shares your drive, supports your growth and values your voice.
• Provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities in line with best practice and based upon sound clinical reasoning.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating them after each visit or interaction.
• Ensure services are provided with sensitivity to the cultural, linguistic and individual needs of clients.
• Schedule appointments and liaise with your clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary team members to ensure efficient and effective best practice.
• Deliver supports in accordance with the relevant legislation and guidelines e.g NDIS Practice Standards.

• Core NDIS registration (limited registration may be considered)
• A driver's licence and your own vehicle
• WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous NDIS experience is a bonus!
