We’re on the lookout for aBehaviour Therapistwho’s kind, curious, and ready to make a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent people and their families.

If you're new to the field or have a bit of experience and you're looking to learn, grow, and laugh a little along the way then keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working 1:1 with clients to support emotional regulation, skill-building, and behaviour change (in ways that feel good, not clinical)

Helping create, person-centred behaviour support plans (don’t worry, we’ll teach you our approach)

Chatting with families, support workers, schools and teams to keep everyone on the same page

Getting creative with resources, strategies, and maybe even the occasional sticker chart

Writing progress notes and reports that actually make sense

About You:

You’ve got a degree in psychology, social work, counselling, education, or something similar

You care more about connection than correction

You’ve worked (or volunteered) with people with disabilities, mental health support needs, or kids with big feelings

You’re organised enough to stay on top of notes, but flexible enough to roll with real life

You’re curious, collaborative, and not afraid to ask questions

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Deal Breakers):

NDIS Commission registration (or willingness to get it, we’ll help!)

WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening

Driver’s licence and access to a car

A creative streak, a good Spotify playlist, or an A+ sense of humour
