Living My Way is a trusted, member-based not-for-profit organisation with 30 years of experience supporting people with disabilities to live independently with choice and control. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional service while empowering our members to achieve their fullest potential.
About the role
This is a fixed-term maternity leave cover for 6–9 months, playing a vital role within our member-focusedOperations Team. You’ll support the financial management of NDIS plans, helping members make the most of their funding in alignment with their goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
All elements of plan management - coordinating budget allocation, plan monitoring, and financial tracking
Supporting members to maximise their plan resources in line with their goals
Providing high-quality, responsive service aligned with NDIS guidelines
Participating in our on-call team to ensure continuity of support

Your Skills and Experience
Experience in NDIS planning and an understanding of NDIA, DSOA and provider processes.
A customer/member focused attitude and a passion for achieving positive member outcomes.
Sound written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate analytical and reporting abilities.
Demonstrated understanding of people with disabilities and their carers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Collaborative team-oriented mindset.
Compliance with NDIS WSC and WWCC.
Membership with accounting or bookkeeping associations like ATMA, AAT or CBK or a CPA (Desirable or willingness to obtain)
Hold a valid licence to drive a motor vehicle.
