Physios, OTs & EPs – Roles across NSW
Locations: Tweed Heads, Ballina, Casino, Yamba, Grafton, Coffs Harbour, Dubbo, Menangle, Kingscliff and Sydney, NSW
Positions: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary Range: $77,000 – $90,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
Optimum Allied Health is a leading allied health provider committed to delivering exceptional therapy services across regional New South Wales. We are expanding and currently hiring dedicated and passionate clinicians to join our team across multiple regional locations.
Available Roles & Position Descriptions:
Physiotherapists
You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and geriatric conditions. Your focus will be on delivering client-centered care in community, clinic, or aged care settings to help individuals improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
Occupational Therapists
Your role will involve supporting clients to enhance their daily living and independence through functional assessments, home modifications, assistive technology recommendations, and therapy planning. You will work with individuals of all ages including clients under NDIS, aged care, and private programs.
Exercise Physiologists
You will manage chronic conditions through targeted exercise programs, functional assessments, and health education. The role includes supporting clients with diabetes, musculoskeletal issues, cardiovascular conditions, and more. You’ll work closely with our multidisciplinary team across clinic, community, and aged care settings.
Key Requirements (All Roles):
• A relevant Bachelor-level qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Exercise Physiology).
• A minimum of 1 year full-time post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Limited registration with AHPRA at the time of application (General registration also welcome) or ESSA if Exercise Physiologist
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel to or reside in one of the listed regional NSW clinic locations.
• Full rights to work in Australia
