Physiotherapist – Morayfield QLD

Contractor role (ABN) | Fortnightly Retainer | Start October 2025

We’re looking for a physiotherapist to join our team at a well-established medical centre in the Morayfield area. You’ll be working alongside GPs and other allied health providers in a supportive, professional environment with plenty of opportunity to build a strong referral base.

This role would suit someone who’s confident working independently, enjoys being part of a team, and is looking to grow their private practice work without the headache of running their own clinic.

Contractor role (you’ll work under your own ABN)

Fortnightly retainerto support you as the patient base builds

Once established, you’ll earn50% of billings

Flexible hours – ideally 1–2 later finishes during the week, with the option of a Saturday if you’re keen

Room to grow your own caseload with full admin and reception support

Referrals from onsite GPs and the broader medical team

Who we’re looking for:

-

AHPRA-registered physiotherapist

New grads are welcome to apply, but ideally you’ll have1–2 years of private practice experience

Confident managing a general MSK caseload

Good communicator and happy to work collaboratively with GPs and other providers

Someone who’s self-motivated and ready to take ownership of their role

A bit more about the retainer:

We know that building a caseload takes time – especially in a new clinic. To help with that, we’re offering afortnightly retainerto give you a stable income to start. As things grow, you'll move into the usual50% split model, with the potential to do very well long term.
