Located at the Cockburn Gateways and with a state of the at Clinical Pilates and strength training equipment, it’s the ideal place to assist clients on the health journey and be the facilitator of genuine change.

ABOUT THE ROLE**

Permanent part time to full time

Ideally experienced (though not required) with a key interest in Musculoskeletal Injury Management, Strength and Conditioning and Pilates Based Exercise.

New graduates $78000 (FTE) + bonuses

Experienced and Post Graduate Therapists $90,000-$110,000 (FTE) + bonuses

Potential to earn > over125kwith up to**50%**commission

JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute and execute new ideas to the clinic

Grow and manage a mixed MSK caseload of private patients, CDMP, NDIS and workers' compensation cases

Have a knowledge and an interest in providing a high-quality service to clients and referrers

Work effectively independently and as part of a team

Receive and give regular feedback

Communicate and report effectively to GPs, referrers and other clinical staff

WHAT YOU NEED**

An Australian Physiotherapy degree

Eligibility to work in Australia

AHPRA registration

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Excellent communication, clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
