Personal Care Worker - Home Care

About the role

We are currently seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our Home Care team based out of our at Georges Estate Health & Aged Care Community on a permanent part-time basis. You will be working during the day and there are opportunities for shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Working with our clients in the St George and Sutherland areas, you will help them maintain their independence by assisting them in their homes with day to day activities.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience as a Support Worker, providing care to the elderly in the community is essential
• Motivated, excellent communication skills, able to develop rapport with clients and their families, and confident working autonomously
• Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
• Driver's License
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and flu vaccination, or willingness to obtain
• Working rights in Australia
