• Cert III in Individual Support
• Minimum 6-12 months paid work experience
• 2 clinical references
• COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinated
• National Police Certificate (less than 12 months old)
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport is desirable
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
