Hi, I’m Bec, co-founder and Managing Director of Progress Pathways. I'm proud of what our team has achieved over the past 3.5 years. Our small but mighty team of 12 therapists has built three thriving practices across Kedron, North Lakes, and Burleigh Heads.
We’re lifelong learners, dedicated to helping families achieve meaningful progress while working together to provide best-practice care. Now, we’re excited to welcome 2–3 Occupational Therapists to our Kedron team.

Who We’re Looking For
This role will suit an Occupational Therapist who:
enjoys using movement in therapy (we have an exclusive partnership with Delta Gymnastics),
seeks to understand the underlying causes of a child’s symptoms and behaviours through quality assessment and a mindset of curious compassion, and
considers themselves a lifelong learner.

Senior OTs (7+ years)– ready to leverage your extensive paediatric experience to make an even greater impact.

About the Role
We’re looking for 2–3 Paediatric OTs to join our Kedron team, supporting children 12 years and under.
Your work will include:
understanding each family’s needs,
completing comprehensive assessments,
creating and delivering tailored therapy plans, and
building strong, trusting relationships with families.
You’ll have the autonomy to design your caseload and schedule, backed by unlimited CPD and future career opportunities as we continue to grow.
What We’re Looking For

Registration– Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, with eligibility to work in Queensland.
Communication & Collaboration– Proven ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Commitment to Growth– Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development.
Diversity & Inclusion– Experience working effectively with diverse clients and team members.
Additional requirements:
Graduates– a genuine desire to build your career supporting children in a private practice setting (paediatric placements advantageous).
Experienced OTs– minimum 2 years of paediatric experience. Experience supporting NDIS participants, including report writing, is highly valued.
