The SIL Company is seeking a capable, organised, and systems-minded Operations Manager to lead and support our internal teams.
About the Role
This is a pivotal role that supports the effective delivery of our disability services. As Operations Manager, you’ll coordinate and oversee rostering, systems, onboarding, compliance, and internal workflows to ensure our operations run efficiently and meet quality standards.
You'll work closely with team leaders and administrative staff to maintain service continuity, provide operational leadership, and ensure that our teams are set up for success.
What You'll Be Doing

Oversee rostering models, onboarding processes, and operational workflows
Supervise admin support staff across key functions
Coordinate audit preparation and support ongoing compliance with NDIS requirements
Liaise with IT, fleet, and facilities providers to ensure business continuity
Monitor internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, Jira, PayCat) for consistency and performance
Support implementation of contingency plans and incident escalation processes
Contribute to process improvement and service delivery efficiency
About You
You are a confident communicator and a capable leader with strong coordination skills and a proactive mindset. You bring structure, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented approach to managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:
5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or service delivery (NDIS or disability sector preferred)
Familiarity with systems such as SharePoint, Jira, and rostering platforms
A sound understanding of compliance and audit preparation in community or health services
Strong people leadership and interdepartmental coordination experience
Excellent time management and organisational skills

Full-time, award-free salaried role: $110,000 to $120,000 + super
