Operations Manager – NDIS **Location:**Liverpool office + WFH flexibility Salary:$100K + super **Hours:**Full-time, Monday to Friday
NDIS experience is essential to be considered for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant experience in the NDIS space who is looking to step into a true operational leadership role. Whether you’re already managing operations or ready to take that next step, this role offers the right platform to grow — with the support of a Managing Director who brings 16 years of experience and a strong mentoring approach. You’ll be joining a values-led, growing organisation with a focus on quality, impact, and building sustainable services that make a real difference. The team is small, close-knit, and committed to doing things properly — no ticking boxes, just meaningful work. Key responsibilities:
- Oversee internal operations, systems, and business processes
- Ensure NDIS compliance and prepare for audits
- Manage invoicing cycles, payment reconciliation, and financial tracking
- Support the setup and expansion of SIL and STA services
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with the Director on business planning and strategic projects
- Minimum three days in the Liverpool office (WFH up to two days per week)
About you:
- At least 2 years of experience in NDIS operations, compliance, or service delivery
- You might be in a Team Leader, Service Manager, or Coordinator role and ready to take the next step
- Confident with systems, documentation, and NDIS Practice Standards
- Strong communicator, highly organised, and solution-focused
- Experience with SIL is desirable but not essential
