We are seeking a proactive and experiencedOffice Managerto lead day-to-day operations in our disability services organisation. If you have strong admin skills, understand the NDIS, and enjoy a varied role that includes client support, rostering and bookkeeping β weβd love to hear from you!
About the Role
This is a key leadership and support role responsible for keeping our office and operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with support staff, clients, and external providers to ensure exceptional service delivery and NDIS compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Admin Support
Invoicing, payroll preparation, expenses, and financial record keeping
Liaising with accountants and managing office systems
NDIS & Compliance
Maintain accurate records aligned with NDIS practice standards
Assist with audits, plan reviews, and funding documentation
Rostering & Workforce Coordination
Create and manage staff rosters
Monitor shift coverage, leave, and last-minute changes
Client & Family Liaison
Act as a point of contact for client enquiries and onboarding
Build strong, respectful relationships with participants and their families
Office Management
Oversee supplies, team communications, scheduling and general administration
About You
Weβre looking for someone who is:
Experienced in office administration or office management
Confident with bookkeeping software (Xero, MYOB, or similar)
Knowledgeable in NDIS operations and compliance (essential)
Skilled in rostering and workforce coordination
An excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
Organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
Requirements

Minimum 2 years in a similar admin or office management role (essential)
Working knowledge of the NDIS and disability services (essential)
Current Police Check and Working With Vulnerable People Card (or willing to obtain - essential)
Current Driver's Licence and Access to a car (essential)
Certificate in Business Administration or related field (desirable)
