What you’ll be doing

Conduct holistic assessments that empower children and families with clear pathways forward

Deliver evidence-based interventions in early intervention, youth, and community outreach

Collaborate with speech pathologists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and support coordinators for wraparound care

Lead by example - mentor junior clinicians and allied health assistants

Shape how Mayfield Health delivers high-quality, family-centred allied health care

What we’re looking for

-

Degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration

Minimum 2 years’ experience, ideally in paediatrics or early intervention

Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practice

A collaborative mindset - someone who values community and team over ego

Leadership qualities: able to guide, mentor, and empower others
