About Us
Splash Paediatric Therapy is a well-established private practice with Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services for children and families. We support children between 0-16 years in a clinic-based service with a strong connection to schools, kindergartens and the community.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team as the Occupational Therapy Clinical Lead. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for the clinical leadership and development of our Occupational Therapy team, working alongside our team to provide high quality and evidence-based care to our clients.
This is a 6 – 12 month fixed term position.
About The Role The Occupational Therapy Clinical Lead is responsible for:
The learning and development of the occupational therapy team
Managing the clinical supervision framework for therapists including:
- Maintenance and ongoing improvement of the clinical competency framework for occupational therapists
- Delivery of clinical supervision
- Complex client support
Ongoing development of the occupational therapy service across the business
Clinical management of the occupational therapy team
Attendance and contribution at Splash Therapy team meetings and leadership meetings
Performance reviews for the occupational therapy team in conjunction with their operational manager

About you
Excellent verbal communication skills to liaise with colleagues, parents, teachers and other allied health staff
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of work
Report to, and provide advice and recommendations to senior management on relevant matters
Ability to work confidently and independently in a range of different settings
Minimum 5 years occupational therapy clinical experience
Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
AHPRA registration
Eligibility for OTA registration
Working With Children Check
Current Victorian Driver’s License
