Key Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist at Vista Healthcare, you will:
Provide client-centred careto elderly individuals and people living with disabilities in their homes
Conduct comprehensive assessmentsusing standardised tools and clinical observation
Develop personalised intervention plansand set meaningful, achievable goals
Recommend appropriate assistive equipmentand home modifications to maximise client independence
Prepare clear and timely reportsusing our structured templates and clinical tools
Apply sound clinical reasoningacross a wide range of conditions and presentations
Engage in ongoing professional developmentand integrate new skills into clinical practice
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including families, support coordinators, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care
Key Requirements

AHPRA registration(or working towards registration)
Valid Australian Driver’s Licenceand access to your own vehicle
Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check(or willingness to obtain)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
