About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Perth CDC you will provide evidence-based assessments and therapy for children with a range of developmental, learning, and communication needs. You’ll collaborate closely with families, educators, and other health professionals to support meaningful outcomes in each child’s everyday life.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based therapy in areas such as sensory processing, emotional regulation, motor skills, executive functioning and activities of daily living.
Assess and support children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other neurodivergent profiles to enhance independence and participation.
Collaborate with families, educators, and allied health professionals to promote participation and support skill development across home, school and community environments.
Empower children to build confidence, connection, and functional life skills through a strengths-based and child-led approach.
Manage a varied caseload of NDIS and private clients, supported by efficient systems, collaborative team culture, and regular clinical supervision.
What we’re looking for
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA membership and Working With Children Check
Experience or strong interest in paediatrics
Commitment to family-centred, collaborative care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
