Agape Community Support is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are currently seeking a motivatedOccupational Therapistto join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals.

Provide therapeutic interventions such as therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and assistive device recommendations.

Educate patients and families on strategies to improve function and promote independence.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Current and valid Occupational Therapy licence in VIC.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles.

Minimum of 2+ years of occupational therapy experience required.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
