About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist at LV Health & Wellness, you will:

Provide capacity building therapy and conduct assessments such as Functional Capacity, Sensory Profiling, Assistive Technology and Home Modifications

Develop and deliver tailored therapy plans, helping clients achieve their personal goals

Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Work independently managing your own caseload, with the support of mentorship

Primarily work with NDIS clients, with occasional aged care support and private clients

What We’re Looking For: We want candidates who are:

Qualified with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy

Registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist

Experienced (1+ year preferred) and passionate about working with individuals of all ages with Autism, Intellectual Disability, Psychosocial Disability, Physical Disability, or Mental Health conditions

Excellent communicators, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients and families

Independent, organised, and able to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment

Mobile and comfortable travelling to clients’ homes (current driver’s license and personal vehicle required)

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with OT assessment tools and understanding which are suitable for different client needs
