Talk Health Therapy is growing its team and seeking a Senior Adult Occupational Therapist to work within the NDIS or CHSP (Commonwealth Home Support Program) stream. Join our close-knit, privately-owned business that truly values the wellbeing of both clients and staff. Withweekly KPIs set at just 26 hours, including travel- you’ll enjoy the perfect balance between professional focus and personal time.

What’s On Offer
Salary up to $110,000 + super with opportunities for growth
A Mazda CX30 (or equivalent), plus fuel, laptop, and phone to support your work in the community
$2500 annual budget for professional development + 2 full paid days to complete CPD
Work 4 clinical days and 1 dedicated admin day per week - designed to promote focus and flexibility
Weekly KPIs capped at 26 hours, including travel, to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance

Your Role
Conduct in-home assessments of clients’ emotional, cognitive, and physical functioning to support independent living and wellbeing
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that improve quality of life
Collaborate closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes
Understand and deliver NDIS or CHSP services, providing strategies, recommendations and assisting with home modifications and assistive technologies reports when appropriate
Maintain thorough, organised documentation of client progress and reports
Who You Are
AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with at least 5 years’ experience working with adult clients, ideally in community settings
Experience with CHSP is preferred but not essential (we’re happy to support your learning)
Experience working within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is essential
Hold a valid driver’s licence and possess excellent communication skills
