We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who's keen to help our clients achieve their goals! You'll work with community-based NDIS caseload, that is primarily focused on paediatrics, and younger adults. We're ideally looking for Occupational Therapists with at least 1 year's experience working with NDIS participants.

Personalised Caseloads- We get a variety of referrals, but ideally we'll streamline your caseload over time, making sure you can do the right job for the right people, but have some room to grow over time, and be supported with any challenges.
Flexible SchedulesandReasonable travel- We don't want you bouncing between Joondalup and Mandurah - you'll have the autonomy to organise a schedule and work hours that work for you. For travel, clustering members in similar areas is the goal, as well as ensuring your caseload is as geographically as close to you as possible (or that doesn't have you bouncing all over Perth).
Wage & Career Growth- Salary bandings mean your wages will increase over time, not just your knowledge, and you'll have options to step up to senior duties and responsibilities when you're ready!
Training, Supervision & Support- 1:1 supervision, internal trainings, peer collaboration, and a $2000 PD budget allow us to give you the training, support and upskilling you need.
