This is an exciting new role that offers the chance to specialise in dementia-specific services and work closely with clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams across our aged care sites.
****What you’ll love to do
- Empower our employees and families with insights into the individual impact of dementia
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand residents' experiences and needs
- Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessments and individual resident personhood
- Deliver tailored, person-centred recommendations
- Provide strategies and coaching to prevent and manage dementia related behaviour changes.
- Facilitate informal and formal engaging and interactive training
Hour of work
- Onsite across all TLC sites
- Monday - Friday
- 0900 - 1700

What you’ll need
- Minimum **two (2)**years’ experience
- BSc (Occupational Therapy) from an accredited program
- AHPRA registration
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Check)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Victorian Drivers Licence and car
