This is an exciting new role that offers the chance to specialise in dementia-specific services and work closely with clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams across our aged care sites.

****What you’ll love to do

• Empower our employees and families with insights into the individual impact of dementia
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand residents' experiences and needs
• Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessments and individual resident personhood
• Deliver tailored, person-centred recommendations
• Provide strategies and coaching to prevent and manage dementia related behaviour changes.
• Facilitate informal and formal engaging and interactive training

Hour of work

• Onsite across all TLC sites
• Monday - Friday
• 0900 - 1700

What you’ll need

• Minimum **two (2)**years’ experience
• BSc (Occupational Therapy) from an accredited program
• AHPRA registration
• Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
• NDIS Check (includes Police Check)
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Victorian Drivers Licence and car
