👩‍⚕️ About the Role

As a full-time Occupational Therapist, you’ll work directly with NDIS participants across all age groups, providing assessment, therapy, and support that’s tailored to each individual’s goals. You'll be part of a collaborative and passionate team that values your input and invests in your growth.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and identify functional needs

Develop and deliver personalised therapy plans that align with NDIS goals

Provide support across the lifespan—from paediatric to adult clients

Work collaboratively with families, carers, and support teams

Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate documentation

Contribute to case discussions, team planning, and service development

Stay informed on current best practices and innovations in OT

✅ What You’ll Need

A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy

Full AHPRA registration

Experience working with people with disabilities, preferably across different age groups

Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills

A passion for making a positive impact in clients’ lives
