About the Role

You’ll support adults living with physical and/or psychosocial disabilities across the North & West, delivering services that empower and create change.

You’ll:

• Complete Functional Capacity, ADLs, SIL & SDA

• Prescribe AT and minor home modifications

• Deliver evidence-based interventions (motor, cognitive, sensory & reablement)

• Write purposeful, high-quality reports

• Support clients, families, and support teams

• Maintain clear, thorough documentation

What You’ll Need

• AHPRA-registered OT

• Experience in NDIS, aged care, or community settings (adults)

• Strong understanding of physical disability & mental health

• Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
