About Albany Therapy Services (ATS)

ATS is a small, community-focused business that works closely with individuals living with disability to help them achieve meaningful, goal-oriented outcomes.

We’re seeking a dedicatedOT or Speech****Therapistto join our growing team in Albany. It is a new position and whilst the physio caseload is tailored towards paediatrics, we are happy to shape the role to suit your lifestyle and career stage.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and flexible role, offering the opportunity to deliver therapy where it best supports each client’s functional goals. You’ll work with clients in our clinic space, as well as in their homes, schools, or out in the community.

The clinic spaces are shared with our physiotherapy team and is primarily used for face-to-face sessions. While you will have access to admin support, we encourage report writing and other indirect client work to be completed from home.

About You:

Full relevant qualification and registration

Minimum 2 years experience as a Therapist in an NDIS capacity.

Strong understanding of NDIS and functional capacity building

Confident working independently but also value being part of a collaborative team

Excellent communication and documentation skills including report writing

A collaborative mindset and passion for empowering others

WWCC, National Police Clearance & NDIS Worker Screening Check

Valid drivers' license
