**The role ** Our Recovery Specialists are responsible for providing specialist psychological recovery and rehabilitation services to workers/employees with psychological illness or injuries. Your career will be nurtured by working with a strong and supportive team of well-respected industry leaders and subject matter experts.
As a New Graduate Provisional Psychologist or Psychology (Hons) Grad, you will be supported through our structured group wide induction program and internship program to ensure you are able to meet the requirements of registration through AHPRA and ASORC.
Key responsibilities; In your new role you will manage a caseload of recovery and rehabilitation files including;
Compensable Services, Corporate Rehabilitation, Medical Management Services and The Resilient Me Program. On a day to day your new role will involve:
- Managing a case load of rehabilitation files may include various Resilia services; Same Employer / RTW cases, Vocational Assessments and Counselling, Rehabilitation Counselling, Job Seeking Education, Vocational Re-training, Workplace Assessments, Psychologic Capacity Evaluations.
- Administer relevant psychological and vocational inventories, score test and interpret test results.
- Attend case conferences with treating medical/allied health professionals to identify barriers and develop a plan for progression, based on shared goals, monitoring and case reviews.
- Provide workers with job seeking assistance with the assistance of ESC services where available;
- Assist clients with job skills training to enable them to exercise an appropriate level of independence in choosing and finding employment.
- Maintain regular liaison with clients and key stakeholders in performing vocational rehabilitation and counselling activities.
- Maintain up to date client records, including case notes and progress reports.

Essential criteria
- Registration with AHPRA or Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors
- Previous workplace rehabilitation experience highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and build positive relationships within a corporate environment
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Preference for an agile way of work
- Possessing a growth mindset
- The capacity to work independently and as part of a team
