Qualifications & experience

NDIS Support Worker

Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification (Preferred).

Experience in personal care and community access

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

NDIS Screening Check

Tasks & responsibilities

**Community Access:**Assist participants to appointments, social activities, and recreational outings; facilitate use of public or adapted transport; encourage community participation and social inclusion while ensuring safety.

**Household Tasks:**Provide light domestic assistance—meal preparation, dishwashing, laundry, cleaning, and grocery shopping—to maintain a safe, hygienic home environment.

**Safety Compliance:**Adhere to NDIS guidelines, safety standards, and complete required training.

**Documentation:**Keep detailed records of care provided, including medication and transfers.

**Participant Support:**Build positive relationships, promote independence, and report changes in needs or health.
